For the 2024-2025 Rotary year, the recipient of this award must embody The Magic of Rotary by excelling in the following areas:
- Service Above Self: Engages in impactful service projects that address critical community needs, with a particular focus on positive peace, literacy, hunger, poverty, and youth empowerment.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Inspires and mentors fellow Rotarians, strengthening the fabric of their club and fostering growth in future Rotary leaders.
- Innovation & Collaboration: Demonstrates creativity and strategic vision in advancing Rotary’s mission, collaborating across clubs and districts to expand Rotary’s reach.
- Commitment to The Rotary Foundation: Actively supports and promotes The Rotary Foundation’s initiatives, contributing to meaningful global and local change.
