Francoise Garcia

Francoise Garcia is supervisor of the Club & District Support Division for Norther Pan-America.  That area consists of Bermuda, CT, DE, NH, ME, MD, MA, parts of MI, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, NJ, NY, Nunavut, Nova Scotia, parts of Ontario, OH, PA, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, RI, St. Pierre & Miquelon, VT and parts of WV.  This area includes approximately 2, 560 Rotary Clubs.

Francoise joined the RI staff in 1991 as a scholarship coordinator in the Foundational Educational Programs Department.  She lives in Deerfield, IL with her three children.
