The Resource Group Coordinator will serve as a liaison between RI and the clubs for issues related to health and hunger programs and projects and will provide access to District, Zone and RI resources for the local Rotary clubs.

On behalf of 2008-09 Health and Hunger Resource Group General Coordinator Heather Yarker and Assistant General Coordinator Charles Kurtzman, I am pleased to announce the release of a new resource group publication titled Things You Can Do.

Created by Assistant General Coordinator Kurtzman, Things You Can Do provides practical suggestions to help Rotarians improve health, combat hunger, and reduce child mortality around the world. It contains useful information on current issues related to child mortality, ideas for working with Rotarian Action Groups, and a list of online resources to assist you with your projects.

Things You Can Do is available for download on the Health and Hunger Resource Group Web page, www.rotary.org/healthandhunger, in English, French, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish
