Michael Meo, Assistant Governor Area 1
(Darien, Greenwich, New Canaaon, Stamford)
Mike joined the Stamford Rotary Club in 2001, and served an 18-month term as President in 2007-008.  He became a Paul Harris Fellow in 2008.A graduate of Tirinity College in Hartford and the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Mike is a partner at Shipman & Goodwin LLP in Stamford where he practices business, real estate and construction litigation.  Mike is a board member of the Housatonic Community College Foundation and serves on its Board Governance Committee.  He is an Eagle Scout, and Cubmaster of Pack 24 in Bronx, New York.  Mike resides in the Riverdale section of the Bronx with his wife Monica, son Robby and daughter Anna.    

 Phoebe Leask, Assistant Governor Area 2
(Norwalk, Westport, Westport Sunrise, WIlton)
Phoebe is a realtor and Past President of the Rotary Club of Fairfield (’99-’00).  She has served the club as:  Membership Development Chair; Antiques Show Chair, Director of the Club’s Charitable Foundation, Club RI Foundation Chair, and on the FOLLIES Board of Directors and Transportation Chair.  On the District level, she has served:  District Conference co-chair-twice, Vocational Service committee Chair, Interfaith Service Chair, Music Director; District Assembly Presenter, and currently is the Paul Harris Society Chair. She is a member of the Zone Foundation Training Team; Director of the Zone Singers for Zones 31-32 and was the recipient of the 2007 Donald Adams Award.  She is married to John “Mac” Leask,II (PDG’95-96) and they are Bequest Society Members.  Mac and Phoebe live in Stratford and they have 4 children.

 Susan Horton, Assistant Governor Area 3
(Brookfield, Danbury, Danbury Sunrise, Newtown, Ridgefield)
Sue transferred her membership from Danbury Sunrise to Trumbull Rotary in 2008 after she became Director of Trumbull Library System.  As Danbury Sunrise President, Sue established a Rotaract Club at Wesetern Connecticut State University.  A multiple Paul Harris Fellow, Sue has served on the District Foundation Committee, is an Area Literacy representative and is a member of District 7980's Club Visioning Team.  Sue is on the Trumbull Chamber Board of Directors; Cable Advisory Board; Trumbull Business and Education Initiative Board and is a deacon in her church.  Sue and her husband Mark, Danbury Sunrise past president, live in Danbury.  They have a daughter and 2 grandsons.  

 Bill Llewellyn, Assistant District Governor Area 4
(Blackrock, Bridgeport, Bridgeport Sunrise, Fairfield, Monroe, Trumbull)
Bill is a member of the Fairfield Rotary Club.  He served as president in 2007-08, as well as various other positions in his short 5 years of being a Rotarian.  Bill was a member of Rotaract at Clarion University of PA.  Bill received a Paul Harris Fellow, is a Norman Parcells recipient and a Bequest Society & Paul Harris Soceity member.  Bill serves on the boards for the University of Bridgeport Alumni Association, Fairfield County Postal Customer Council and the Kennedy Center's golf committee.  Bill also coaches his son Tyler's baseball, basketball and football teams as well as being a coach for his daughter Cassie's baseball team. Bill and his wife Shelley live in Fairfield and are owners of Universal Printing and Mailing Services, Inc.
