Before a club or an organization begins a strategic planning process it needs to have a clear VISION of where they want to be and who they want to be in the future. More than 60 Rotary Districts internationally, including 7980, now have trained facilitators to lead a group of Rotarians from individual clubs in a vision facilitation process resulting in operational continuity, consistency, and consensus.
